BDE API Examples (DbiUseIdleTime)

Allows BDE to accomplish background tasks during times when the client application is idle.

WARNING: Do not use this function to save data to disk. No action is taken by the BDE when this function is called. Set LOCAL SHARE to TRUE in the BDEADMIN.EXE or call DbiSaveChanges
